Chair of the Board
- Dr Diggs has always been involved in her community, serving as a precinct delegate, an active member of Forgotten Harvest, the Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Zoological Society, Belle Isle Conservancy and Michigan Opera Theatre.
- She is the chair of the Blue Cross Foundation, giving grants to community based non-profits to study and improve the health of all Michiganders.
